Supervisory Employees (2 Hour Training)
For supervisors, managers, officers, and human resources personnel, our In-Person Sexual Harassment Prevention Training, which meets the minimum 2 hour training time threshold, incorporates the topics of Abusive Conduct-Bullying Prevention, Gender Identity/Expression and Sexual Orientation Harassment, Retaliation and Discrimination Prevention and Unprofessional Conduct.
Non-Supervisory Employees (1 Hour Training)
For non-supervisory employees, our In-Person Sexual Harassment Prevention Training, which meets the minimum 1 hour training time threshold, incorporates the topics of Abusive Conduct-Bullying Prevention, Gender Identity/Expression and Sexual Orientation Harassment, Retaliation and Discrimination Prevention and Unprofessional Conduct.

Both our Supervisory and Non-Supervisory In-Person Training Courses are California AB 1825 Compliant and meet the standards /requirements of California Government Code Section 12950.1.
Training Format
Our In-Person Supervisory Employee and Non-Supervisory Employee Training Courses consist of an elaborate slide show featuring cartoon and human characters demonstrating examples of the following: Sexual Harassment, Gender Discrimination, Workplace Pregnancy Issues, Abusive Conduct-Bullying Behavior and Gender Identity/Expression, Sexual Orientation Harassment and Discrimination and Unprofessional Conduct.
Information on Retaliation and Remedies available to victims of Sexual Harassment, Abusive Conduct-Bullying, and Workplace Harassment/Discrimination is also presented.
Additional information on Complaint Investigation, Supervisor Misconduct Reporting, Employer Preventative & Remedial Action to Avoid Sexual Harassment and Employer Liability is included in our In-Person Supervisory Employee 2 hour training courses.
Our In-Person Training is educational and entertaining, without using complicated and boring “legalese.”
